Agendas for the upcoming meetings are available at 2 p.m. on Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. Complete agenda packets with agenda item reports will be available for public inspection at all board meetings. Any material prepared by other persons and presented to the Board will be available after the meeting. Request to Speak to the Board

If you would like to speak to the SJAFCA Board, please fill out a speaker card upon arriving to the board meeting so that you may address the Board during the Public Comments portion of the meeting. If you plan to distribute materials to the Board, please bring 12 copies for Board members, staff, and SJAFCA files. Provide copies of your materials to the SJAFCA Secretary before the meeting begins.
