Sylvia Razniak joined SJAFCA as its Accounting and Finance Manager in August 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and a master’s degree in business administration. With over fifteen years of experience in a private and public sector, Sylvia possesses solid expertise in financial and accounting analysis combined with strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. She is particularly skilled in developing and implementing strategic changes to improve efficiencies and processes.

In her free time, Sylvia loves to garden, jog, and cook. She’s also a wife and mother of two children Maya, 19, and David, 15. As a family they love camping, dirt bike riding, and boating.
